Order Changes
If you misspelled a name or need to change your order, please email us at or text us at 901-450-0463.

Because our items are custom made, refunds are not authorized once the order is in production. We typically begin working on your order within 24 hours of receiving it. High order volumes may affect this timeframe. If you would like to cancel within the 24-hour window, please email us at If approved, you'll receive a notification, and we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
If the item you purchased is damaged or defective upon receipt, send us an email at for product evaluation and replacement. Email must contain photos.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is critical to us. We will not share your information with anyone or tag you in any social media post unless given consent.

Shipping Notice
All orders are custom made and take about three weeks to ship. Please try to order ahead to give your items plenty of time to arrive. Any "estimated delivery date" you see while ordering from our shop may not be accurate. Once the package is with the shipper, it is out of our control.
